Our immediate and initial focus is on providing information about the 2004 candidates and elections. There is no other single source for this information. These pages have been compiled from information provided by the election officials in each of the counties in northeast Indiana. We have provided contact information for them on each county page. For the larger counties, it will be the county election board; for smaller counties, the clerk of courts is responsible. The Federal Election Commission and the Indiana Election Commission under the Indiana Secretary of State promulgate the rules and procedures for the conduct of the elections.
